For example we offer show homes that we buy from housebuilders and then lease back to them, freeing up their capital to invest in new sites and deliver new housing. Once the site is finished, we sell the property on. 

We also buy up existing tenanted housing, rent it short-term and then release it onto the homebuyer market. This helps to reverse the buy-to-let trend of the last few decades whilst giving you income from rents and potential capital growth.
