What is Two-factor Authentication (2FA)?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) helps keep your account safe by providing an extra level of security that requires a time-restricted, single-use code sent directly to your phone. You have the choice of receiving this code via email or via an authenticator app that supports Time-based One-Time Passwords (TOTP). These include apps such as Authy or Google Authenticator. iPhones or iPads running iOS 15 or later can automatically generate these codes without the need for the installation of an additional app.

Is 2FA compulsory?

For now we are leaving the decision on whether to enable 2FA up to investors although this is something we will keep under review.

How do I enable 2FA?

You can set up 2FA in your account settings under security.
